Social Media Manager

Hopebridge is looking for a Social Media Manager who can own and execute our digital content and social media presence. This role combines content creation, social media management, content writing, basic SEO understanding, and graphic design skills to build a credible, educational, and professional online voice for a healthcare brand.

You will work closely with leadership and clinical teams to translate complex medical services into clear, engaging, and responsible digital content.

• Create high-quality content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X).
• Write clear, accurate, and engaging captions, posts, reels scripts, and short-form educational content.
• Convert medical and clinical information into simplified, patient-friendly content while maintaining professionalism.
• Assist in writing website blogs, case studies, announcements, and basic marketing copies when required.

• Plan, schedule, and manage content calendars.
• Ensure consistent brand tone aligned with healthcare ethics and Hopebridge's values.
• Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and respond appropriately in coordination with the team.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and suggest improvements.

• Apply basic SEO principles in captions, hashtags, blog content, and website updates.
• Understand keyword usage, content structure, and search intent (healthcare-focused).
• Coordinate with web/SEO teams for content alignment.

• Design basic creatives, carousels, posters, infographics, and thumbnails.
• Create visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.
• Maintain visual consistency with Hopebridge's branding.
• Assist in reel/video thumbnail creation and simple motion or layout edits.
  

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong content writing skills in English & Malayalam.
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing.
• Graphic design skills using tools like Canva or equivalent.
• Ability to handle healthcare-related content responsibly and ethically.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
  

• Experience working with healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or medical brands.
• Understanding of patient communication and medical sensitivity.
  

• Someone who can balance creativity with clinical credibility.
