Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Serene Meadows Nashik for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the company's social media marketing efforts. Key tasks include overseeing content creation, managing all social media platforms, optimizing content for better engagement, implementing content strategies, and analyzing social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Collaboration with the marketing team and staying informed on social media trends will be critical aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Analytical skills for evaluating social media metrics and trends
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns
• Familiarity with social media management tools and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in digital marketing or social media roles is a plus
