Job Description

Industry: Media & Entertainment — digital content production, streaming, and audience engagement for film, TV, events, and branded entertainment. The role supports on-site social operations across India, driving growth, fan engagement, and campaign amplification for high-visibility IP and releases.

Primary Title: Social Media Manager

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and execute platform-specific social strategies that increase reach, engagement, and fandom across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars; brief and coordinate shoots, edit workflows, and publish timely short- and long-form assets (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, posts).
  • Lead day-to-day community management—moderate conversations, respond to audiences, and escalate reputation issues to PR/Legal as needed.
  • Set up, optimise and report on paid social campaigns (audience segmentation, A/B tests, budget pacing) to hit KPIs for awareness and conversions.
  • Track performance using analytics and listening tools; deliver actionable weekly and monthly reports and iteration plans to creative and marketing stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with content producers, PR, talent/influencer partners, and production teams to align launches, promotions, and brand guidelines.
