Social Media Executive (Entry-Level)
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging short-form and static social content (graphics, captions, Reels/Shorts) for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn using Canva and provided templates.
- Maintain and execute the content calendar: schedule posts with Hootsuite/Buffer and ensure timely alignment with marketing campaigns and events.
- Manage community interactionsmonitor comments and messages, respond or escalate queries, and foster positive audience relationships.
- Track platform KPIs and prepare concise weekly performance reports using Meta Insights and Google Analytics; recommend content optimizations and A/B test ideas.
- Support paid social activities by assisting with Meta Ads Manager setups, audience targeting, and basic campaign experiments under guidance.
- Collaborate with designers, recruiters and content owners to source assets, ensure brand consistency and iterate on creative based on performance data.
