Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager with AI responsibilities, based in the Pune Division. The role involves planning and executing social media campaigns across platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content, and optimizing posts to increase reach, engagement, and museum footfall. The Social Media Manager will use AI tools for content ideation, audience insights, and performance analysis, and will monitor trends to keep the museum's online presence fresh and relevant. Day-to-day tasks include community management, responding to comments and messages, collaborating with museum staff on promotions and events, and generating regular performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts.
- Ability to develop and implement content strategy aligned with organizational goals and audience interests.
- Excellent communication and writing skills for clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate messaging.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, analytics, and audience insights.
- Experience with social media analytics platforms and basic data interpretation.
- Interest in cricket, sports culture, or museums is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
