This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ranchi for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute social media strategies, create and optimize content for various platforms, and manage day-to-day social media activities to increase engagement and brand awareness. Responsibilities include developing and implementing content strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand goals.

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to grow engagement and enhance brand presence.
• Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing to develop engaging and impactful social campaigns.
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, creators, and clients.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and trends to track performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in managing social media for brands or agencies is a plus.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative work environment.
