Social Media Manager Fitness & Active Wear

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute FUAARK's social media strategy.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Develop creative ideas for Reels, Stories, posts and campaigns.
• Identify social media trends and convert them into relevant content.
• Write video hooks, concepts and basic scripts.
• Coordinate with videographers, designers and content creators.
• Identify and manage fitness/lifestyle influencers and creators.
• Plan influencer collaborations and social campaigns.
• Build and engage the FUAARK fitness community.
• Support fitness events, gym activities and offline community activations.
• Monitor reach, engagement, watch time, followers and conversions.
• Analyse social media performance and continuously improve content.
• Work closely with the marketing, creative and brand teams.
