Role Description

As the Social Media & Content Manager, you will be the creative voice and visual gatekeeper of Firozi and our other in-house sub-brands across all digital touchpoints. This is a dynamic, multi-faceted role that goes beyond just scheduling posts. You will split your time between digital brand strategy (growth, community management, and platform analytics) and physical content production (conceptualizing, organizing, and overseeing high-fidelity product and editorial shoots).

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong skills in Communication and Writing
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
  • Ability to analyze metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns
  • Familiarity with social media tools and platforms
  • Creative mindset with a keen understanding of brand voice and audience engagement
  • Experience in the retail or fashion industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Past experience in managing social media and producing content for a premium fashion, lifestyle, or D2C apparel brand.
  • Visual Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual curation, styling sensibility, and a deep understanding of fashion photography/videography layouts.
  • Production Savvy: Proven experience organizing and running photoshoots from concept to final edit. You know how to manage a crew and bring a mood board to life.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok algorithms, trending audio, and emerging digital features.
  • Tools of the Trade: Proficiency with content creation tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Lightroom, Canva, or similar Mobile Editing apps) and social scheduling platforms (Later, Planoly, etc.).
  • Cultural Alignment: A passion for sustainable fashion, contemporary Indian design, and luxury lifestyle aesthetics.
