Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Manager to lead the SEO and SMM strategies across our group brands. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing strategyfocusing on social media management, SEO optimization, and content creation. The candidate will drive engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility across all companies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.) tailored for each vertical.
- Plan and manage the content calendar in alignment with business campaigns, events, product launches, and festive promotions.
- Work on both organic and paid campaigns including boosting, influencer collaborations, and sponsored posts.
- Lead SEO initiatives for web properties of and Howrah Bridge to increase traffic and search rankings.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and SEO platforms; optimize strategy based on data.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, operations) to gather content and generate marketing stories.
- Work closely with external agencies or freelancers for ad creatives, video production, and ad copy when needed.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all social and digital platforms.
- Monitor trends in healthcare marketing, logistics promotion, and food influencer engagement to apply best practices.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing, preferably from a social media or digital agency.
- Strong hands-on experience in managing brand pages, creating content briefs, and running paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
- Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organized, and performance-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field; digital marketing certifications are a plus.
