Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Executive role based in Jaipur. The Social Media Executive will manage and grow the organization's presence across social media platforms by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with the company's brand and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing social media calendars, monitoring channels, responding to audience queries, and coordinating with internal teams to highlight key services, success stories, and client outcomes. The role involves tracking performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and supporting online promotions to increase reach and engagement. The Social Media Executive may also collaborate on basic content creation, visual assets, and campaign ideas to support broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in social media management and content creation, including experience with major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Ability to plan and execute social media campaigns, including scheduling posts, managing engagement, and tracking performance metrics.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, such as audience targeting, brand positioning, and online reputation management.
• Good written communication skills for crafting clear, concise, and engaging posts that reflect the organization's services and values.
• Comfort working with visual content (images, short videos, graphics) and collaborating with designers or agencies when needed.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools and willingness to use data to refine content and strategies.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate effectively with a team of professionals, and maintain a client-focused mindset.
• Prior experience in social media, marketing, or communications is preferred; experience in the immigration or consulting sector is an added advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
