The Social Media Manager will oversee the daily management of the company's social media presence across various platforms. Responsibilities include developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing posts for maximum reach and engagement, and monitoring analytics. The Social Media Manager will also be expected to coordinate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure consistency. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in creating and implementing Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies for optimal engagement
• Familiarity with social media management tools and platforms
• Proactive, creative mindset with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
