Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute social media marketing strategies, manage social media accounts, and optimize their performance. Key responsibilities include developing engaging content strategies, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring social media trends, and engaging with online communities to enhance the brand's presence and interaction. The role also involves analyzing campaign performance and reporting insights to improve future strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and understanding of digital platforms
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft compelling and engaging content
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and familiarity with social media analytics tools
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Formal education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in social media management or related roles is a plus
