WE'RE HIRING- Social Media Manager

Location: Arcadia, Hiranandani Estate, Thane

Work Mode: On-Site

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000/month

Experience Required: 2 Years

We're expanding our social media team and looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can independently manage and grow accounts for our UAE-based clients.

This is not a role for someone who only knows how to post content. We're looking for someone who understands strategy, content, client communication, trends, performance, and execution and can take complete ownership of multiple brands.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple UAE client social media accounts independently
• Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars
• Plan Reels, Stories, Carousels, Static Posts and campaign concepts
• Write strong hooks, captions, scripts and content directions
• Understand current Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok trends
• Conduct competitor and industry research
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and performance marketing teams
• Prepare clear creative briefs and ensure output matches client requirements
• Manage client communication, approvals, feedback and revisions professionally
• Plan and coordinate client shoots when required
• Track account performance and prepare monthly reports
• Use analytics to improve reach, engagement, content performance and brand growth
• Maintain deadlines across multiple accounts without compromising quality

Note: Should be handy with Graphics Designing.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional Social Media Management experience
• Strong preference for candidates with Digital Marketing Agency experience
• Experience handling UAE/GCC brands or clients is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of the UAE social media market and audience
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Strong copywriting and content ideation skills
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients
• Strong understanding of branding and visual content
• Good knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines and approvals simultaneously
• Proactive mindset we need someone who brings ideas instead of waiting for instructions

You'll Be a Strong Fit If:

You can look at a brand and immediately start thinking about its audience, competitors, content pillars, hooks, Reel ideas, campaigns and growth opportunities.

You should be comfortable owning an account from strategy to execution, communicating directly with clients and working closely with the internal creative team.

Important:

Candidates with only basic posting/scheduling experience will not be suitable for this role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically and execute independently.
