Job Description

  • Job Responsibility

    • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and collaborations, to boost brand visibility and engagement.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform insights to assess effectiveness and guide strategy adjustments.
    • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
    • Audience Research: Conduct audience research to understand preferences, behaviors, and demographics, tailoring content to resonate with target users.
    • Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
    • Crisis Management: Address any potential issues or negative feedback on social media promptly and professionally to protect the brand's reputation.
    • Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to team members on social media best practices and platform-specific strategies.
