Job Summary:We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager who can strategize content to join our team and take the lead in building our brand presence across social platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and platform signups.
- Create and manage a content calendar tailored for Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to develop high-impact visual and video content.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve reach and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with trends in social media, influencer marketing, and digital content.
- Engage with users and influencers across platforms to build a community and gather feedback.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns around new features, influencer partnerships, and product drops.
- Work closely with founders to align content strategy with brand vision and user acquisition goals.
Required Skills & Experience
- 0–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of current social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas aligned with our audience.
- Good knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing or a startup environment is a bonus.
- A passion for social media, content, and e-commerce innovation.
