Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and highly organizedSocial Media Manager & Content Creatorto take full ownership of our social media platforms. This role combines content creation, community management, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, understands fashion trends, and knows how to turn content into conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and postdaily contentacross our social media platforms (primarily Instagram)
- Create engaging content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and captions
- Develop and execute a consistent content calendar aligned with brand goals
- Respond promptly and professionally toproduct inquiries and customer messageson Instagram and WhatsApp
- Engage with followers, build community, and maintain brand voice
- Stay up to date with social media trends, fashion trends, and platform updates
- Collaborate with the team on campaigns, launches, and promotions
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand (fashion experience is a plus)
- Strong content creation skills (photo, video, editing, copywriting)
- Deep understanding of Instagram features (Reels, Stories, Highlights, Insights)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily posting schedules
- Creative, detail-oriented, and trend-aware
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with influencer collaborations
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- Understanding of analytics and performance tracking
