We're Hiring: Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Do you have a creative mindset, a knack for social media, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging content We're looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can manage client accounts, build strong brand presence, and create content that connects with audiences.

Location: Jaipur

Job Type: Full-time | Onsite

Working Days: Monday–Saturday

Salary: Up to 25,000 CTC per month

Experience: Minimum 1 year in social media management and content creation

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Develop creative content ideas, write engaging captions, and prepare short-form video scripts.
• Shoot reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content using a smartphone.
• Handle client communication, understand client requirements, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with clients, graphic designers, and video editors to ensure smooth content execution and timely delivery.
• Manage multiple client accounts and maintain each brand's tone of voice.
• Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and suggest strategies to improve reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, and platform updates.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Good command of Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinking, content planning, and caption-writing skills.
• Confidence in shooting reels and creating mobile-first content.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and mobile video editing applications.
• Understanding of social media analytics, audience engagement, and content strategy.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with a team.
