Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator based in Surat. You will be the primary voice of our brand, responsible for taking complex AI concepts and turning them into engaging, scroll-stopping digital content. The role involves executing end-to-end social media strategies, managing daily platform operations, and collaborating with our tech team to highlight our latest AI innovations.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategy & Management: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with our business goals to increase brand reach and authority.
- Active Content Creation (Key Requirement): Script, shoot, and edit high-quality Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style videos that explain our AI products simply.
- Engagement: Monitor audience interactions, respond to DMs/comments, and foster a community of tech-forward followers.
- Analytics: Track key metrics like reach, engagement, and conversion to refine strategies and prove ROI.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram algorithms and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
- Advanced Content Creation Skills: Experience with Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or professional video editing software is highly preferred.
- AI Literacy: Ability to understand and communicate technical topics like SaaS and automation in an exciting way.
- Writing Excellence: Exceptional copywriting skills for technical storytelling and punchy social captions.
