Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Ghaziabad. The Social Media Manager will create, execute, and optimize social media strategies to engage audiences and enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities include designing and managing content calendars, creating and curating compelling posts, analyzing social media metrics, executing SMO tactics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader brand strategies. Staying current with social media trends and platform updates is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and engaging Writing
• Excellent Communication capabilities for collaboration and execution
• Experience in data-driven analysis to measure social media performance and adjust strategies
• Understanding of evolving social media trends, tools, and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Previous experience managing social media accounts for brands is a plus
