Social Media Manager (Full-Time, In-Person – Fragrance & Lifestyle Brand)

Location: Delhi NCR | Experience: 3–4 years

We have a D2C fragrance brand — launching soon. We're building a thoughtful, sensory world from scratch, and we're looking for a Social Media Manager to help bring that world to life online.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Delhi NCR. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves content, enjoys storytelling, and wants to be hands-on in building a brand from the inside out.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage our social media platforms (starting with Instagram, expanding into more)
• Plan, create, and post content that feels personal, warm, and aligned with our brand voice
• Collaborate on campaigns, moodboards, and product storytelling with the founder
• Build and nurture our online community — reply, engage, and connect with our audience
• Track performance, experiment with formats, and refine our strategy
• Stay aware of trends and help shape them into something that feels like us

What we're looking for:

• 3–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, studio, or agency
• A strong creative eye — you understand how visuals and words work together
• Comfortable creating content using your phone — Reels, BTS, simple edits, etc.
• Are familiar with Canva, InShot, CapCut, or similar tools
• Passionate about fragrance, design, aesthetics, and thoughtful storytelling
• A self-starter who wants to grow with the brand — not just work for it
