This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in Bhadohi, India. The Social Media Manager will oversee all social media platforms, creating and executing social media strategies to strengthen brand presence. Responsibilities include developing content, managing social media campaigns, utilizing Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques, and monitoring analytics to track and improve performance. The role also involves ensuring consistent engagement with audiences and staying updated on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategy
• Creativity and ability to engage audiences through innovative campaigns
• Understanding of social media analytics tools and performance tracking
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the textile, artisan, or craft industry is a plus
