Role Overview
Bene Kleed is looking for a Social Media Manager to build a high-visibility, high-engagement social media presence for the brand. The role focuses on growing reach, creating high-performing content, strengthening the community, and executing campaigns and launches seamlessly.
We are also open to freshers who are highly passionate about social media, understand internet culture, and are willing to take ownership of responsibilities assigned to them.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Visibility & Reach Growth
Plan and execute the social media content calendar
Create and publish reels, posts, and stories consistently
Identify and leverage trends relevant to streetwear and youth culture
Ensure disciplined and consistent content execution across platforms
Engagement & Community Building
Manage comments, DMs, and audience interactions
Build and nurture a strong community around Bene Kleed
Drive story engagement through polls, Q&A, and interactive formats
Strengthen the brand's voice and connection with the audience
Content Quality & Execution
Ideate and execute high-quality, platform-native content
Drive creation of engaging reels and short-form video content
Work with internal teams, creators, and designers for content production
Maintain strong creative standards in all brand communications
Campaigns, Launches & GTM Support
Execute social media campaigns and product launches
Support go-to-market initiatives for collections and brand campaigns
Coordinate with influencers and creators when required
Ensure timely delivery of campaign content and deliverables
Reporting & Insights
Track content performance and engagement insights
Prepare regular performance reports and key learnings
Identify trends and opportunities to improve social media performance
Flag risks or drops in engagement proactively
Requirements
- Experience in social media management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands
- Freshers with strong passion for social media and content creation are encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, and short-form content formats
- Ability to take ownership and execute tasks independently
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
