We are a small, hands-on team with big ambitions, and we're looking for a social media mind who's equal parts creative and analytical someone who loves keeping up with trends but also knows how to turn them into meaningful brand stories.

What You'll Do

Content Planning & Execution

  • Assist in building monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Schedule and publish posts, ensuring brand voice and aesthetics remain consistent.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to bring ideas to life.

Community Management

  • Monitor social channels daily, responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions.
  • Engage with relevant communities to build stronger connections and organic growth.
  • Track conversations around client's industries to identify opportunities for participation.

Trends & Insights

  • Stay on top of platform updates, memes, and cultural moments to create timely and relevant content.
  • Share weekly insights and recommendations for how clients can leverage trends.

Creative Contribution

  • Contribute fresh ideas for Reels, carousels, stories, and interactive formats.
  • Support in brainstorming campaign concepts that fit into the larger brand strategy.
  • Experiment with new formats and storytelling approaches to keep content fresh.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with the creative strategists and account leads to ensure content aligns with client goals.
  • Coordinate with external collaborators like influencers, photographers, or partners when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • 12 years of experience in social media management, content, or digital marketing (agency or brand side).
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • A sharp eye for aesthetics and detail; comfortable working with design and copy.
  • Good communication and writing skills with a knack for crafting engaging captions.
  • Organized, agile, and able to jugglemultiple accounts/projects.
  • Bonus if you can edit short-form videos (basic Reels editing skills) + canva designs.
