Role Overview
This role owns the social media presence of Steps AI across multiple platforms. You will work closely with founders to shape messaging, experiment with new content formats, and push creative boundaries while maintaining a consistent brand voice. The focus is on building high-quality B2B content and maintaining a consistent publishing rhythm across channels.
What You'll Do
- Manage social media across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and Instagram
- Plan and manage multiple content calendars
- Work directly with founders to develop and finalize content ideas
- Create and manage B2B-focused content including posts, carousels, and short videos
- Push creative boundaries and experiment with new formats and storytelling styles
- Maintain consistent brand voice and positioning across all social platforms
- Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams to execute campaigns
What We're Looking For
- 35 years of social media management experience
- Strong understanding of multiple social platforms and content formats
- Experience managing multiple content calendars
- Experience working on B2B brands or SaaS companies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work closely with founders and leadership teams
