- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned to hospital goals and healthcare events
- Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy for posts, stories, and video voiceovers
- Monitor, respond to, and manage comments, DMs, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Run and manage paid social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads) and track ROI
- Track analytics, prepare monthly performance reports, and suggest optimisation strategies
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical staff for content accuracy, patient testimonials, and live session planning
- Manage the hospital's WhatsApp Business account and digital communication channels
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, healthcare content regulations, and platform algorithm changes

- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools
- Excellent written communication in Hindi and English — ability to write for both regional and national audiences
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, SEO basics, and digital marketing principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Passion for healthcare communication, patient education, and responsible content creation
- Basic photography / videography skills for on-site content capture (preferred)
