Company Description Awarefluence is a premium growth agency for hospitality and lifestyle brands. We design and execute full-stack marketing systems that drive visibility, leads and revenue for the brands we work with. Our clients do not just get a marketing team, they get a growth partner that is invested in their results.

Role Description This is a full-time role, remote with Ahmedabad preference. You will manage social media presence for multiple hospitality and lifestyle brands. This is not a post-and-disappear role. You will execute content, manage communities, reply to comments and DMs, track what is working, and take full accountability for the accounts you handle. The content strategy will come from our Content Strategist. Your job is to bring it to life, manage the platforms and own the engagement. You need to understand how each platform actually works, not just how to use them. Why content lands. How algorithms behave. What makes someone stop scrolling. We have AI tools to support the work but we still need the human brain and the human touch running the show.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience managing social media for real brands with real results. Portfolio required; no portfolio means no conversation
  • Deep understanding of how Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms work differently from each other in terms of algorithm, content format and audience behaviour
  • Strong community management skills. You respond, you engage, you show up. Going silent is not an option
  • Ability to execute content independently and coordinate with the content and design team without needing constant follow-up
  • Comfort with analytics and the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights
  • You use AI as a tool, not a brain. Your thinking, your instincts and your ideas have to be your own
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Freshers and agencies, this is not for you
