Social Media Manager Location: Mohali, Chandigarh

Aura Music is where music meets strategy, and where every post builds more than presence it builds culture. We're looking for a Social Media Manager who knows how to turn releases into movements, artists into brands, and moments into shareable experiences.
What You'll Be Responsible For:- Own the end-to-end content calendar for Aura Music across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Community, Twitter/X, and Threads
- Create, post, and schedule high-performing content around music releases, music videos, behind-the-scenes, artist spotlights, brand collabs, and campaigns
- Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to grow followers, engagement, and community loyalty
- Work with artists, designers, and editors to shape reels, stories, carousels, and short-form video content that feels fresh and emotionally resonant
- Monitor trends, sounds, memes, and cultural conversations and creatively plug Aura into them in a way that feels native
- Write captions, copy, and hooks that sound like us poetic, punchy, intelligent, and real
- Track insights, generate weekly performance reports, and use that data to constantly evolve what we post
Who We're Looking For:- 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, label, artist, or entertainment company
- A strong portfolio or feed showcasing creative execution (please include links with your application)
- Deep understanding of what makes people stop scrolling
- Passion for music and storytelling you're not just selling songs, you're building emotional resonance
- Fast, proactive, and collaborative you know how to work with editors, motion designers, and artists under tight timelines
- Fluent in Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Reels, Threads, LinkedIn, and can adapt content formats for each
- Experience with content tools like Canva, Meta Suite, Buffer, or Notion is a plus
