Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Jamshedpur. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning and managing social media campaigns, developing and implementing content strategies, optimizing social media presence, and engaging with online communities to enhance brand awareness. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing social media platforms, creating and curating content, monitoring analytics, and ensuring alignment with AURA's branding and marketing goals. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to execute innovative and impactful social media initiatives effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze social media analytics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and tools to drive online engagement
• Creative thinking and the ability to adapt to dynamic challenges
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses is preferred
