Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with 2+ years of expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, and Account/Community Management.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns that drive engagement, growth, and brand presence.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals.
Manage day-to-day operations of multiple social media profiles/accounts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging, innovative, and platform-specific content in collaboration with the creative team.
Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.
Stay updated with trends, tools, and best practices in digital and social media marketing.
Handle client communications related to digital/social strategies and performance.
Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, and performance marketing) to deliver integrated campaigns.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketinng and Social Media Management.
Strong expertise in account/profile handling and community engagement.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Hands-on experience in social media analytics and reporting.
Ability to craft data-driven strategies for brand growth.
Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Creative thinker with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude.
