Social Media Manager

AP Digisolutions is seeking a hands-on Social Media Manager who can effectively manage brands, not just post reels and then disappear.

Location

Vitthalwadi – On-site only (Remote / hybrid applicants = don't apply)

Experience

Minimum 1+ year managing real business accounts (SMEs preferred)

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills, not vibes)

Job Responsibilities

Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn

Write clear, conversion-focused captions (not cringe, not generic)

Handle organic growth strategies

Manage paid ads (Meta Ads – basics required)

Coordinate with designers/clients for approvals

Track performance and optimize content & ads

Stay consistent. Missed deadlines won't be tolerated.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)

Strong content sense (hooks, headlines, CTAs)

Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager

Knows how to use tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and Instagram Insights

Good English + Hindi communication (written & verbal),

Ability to handle multiple SME clients without losing your mind
