Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Senior Executive Content, Creative & Social Media to strengthen our digital presence and brand communication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, supporting marketing campaigns, and coordinating creative assets to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Creative Development
Create compelling content for social media, website, blogs, emailers, and marketing campaigns.
Write creative captions, ad copies, scripts for short videos/reels, and promotional content.
Coordinate with designers to develop visual creatives, carousels, infographics, and campaign artwork.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, compliance standards, and marketing objectives.
Social Media Management
Manage and schedule posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Threads.
Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars.
Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice.
Track performance metrics and optimize content for better reach and engagement.
Campaign Support
Support digital marketing campaigns including lead generation ads, influencer collaborations, and promotional offers.
Assist in planning festive campaigns, product launches, awareness initiatives, and promotional activities.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize content for paid campaigns.
Coordination & Execution
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, CRM, and marketing to support ongoing campaigns.
Ensure timely delivery of creative assets, marketing collaterals, and communication materials.
Maintain content archives and brand asset libraries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
13 years of experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags strategy, and performance metrics.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Docs, or social media scheduling tools.
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in healthcare, wellness, or medical industry.
Knowledge of short-form video content (Reels / Shorts / TikTok-style videos).
Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.
