The Role

You will own social media content end-to-end for both pagesfrom idea to upload.

This includes:

  • Ideating content formats
  • Shooting content (phone is fine, taste is mandatory)
  • Directing edits (even if you don't edit yourself)
  • Publishing, analysing, and iterating

You're expected to understand what works right now, not what worked last year.

What You'll Be Responsible ForWeddings Content
  • Capturing emotional moments, BTS, rituals, reactions
  • Turning long wedding films into high-performing Reels
  • Creating cinematic, relatable, and trend-adapted wedding content
Production / Brand Content
  • Capturing BTS from ads, shoots, campaigns, and sets
  • Turning brand shoots into multiple social-first content pieces
  • Creating credible, aesthetic, and trend-aware brand content
Across Both Pages
  • Understanding hooks, pacing, transitions, and music selection
  • Spotting trends early and adapting them authentically
  • Analysing performance and improving content formats
  • Collaborating with photographers, videographers, editors, and teams
  • Maintaining consistency in quality, tone, and creativity
  • Experimenting constantly and learning fast
What We're Looking For
  • Content creation is your core skill, not a side task
  • Strong visual sense and storytelling instinct
  • Deep understanding of Instagram Reels & short-form culture
  • Ability to switch tones: emotional (weddings) & credible (brands)
  • Clear POV on hooks, formats, and creator-style content
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, real-world environments
  • High ownership mindsetyou don't wait to be told
