Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Vadodara. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media strategies and content across multiple platforms. The role includes developing content calendars, executing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with online communities to foster brand loyalty and promote growth. Collaboration with internal teams to align strategies with broader marketing goals will also form part of day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft impactful messages and foster engagement
  • Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies
  • Understanding of analytics tools to track performance and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines
  • Experience in a similar role or relevant certifications is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
