Role Description :
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Create engaging posts, reels, short-form videos, and stories
- Write compelling captions aligned with brand voice
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, CapCut) to streamline content creation and editing
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies
- Schedule posts using social media management tools
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
- Suggest innovative, data-driven ideas to improve reach and engagement
Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage a diverse audience
- Experience in creating and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to measure and improve campaign performance
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Knowledge of social media tools, trends, and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a media or technology-focused organization is an advantage
