Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in the Pune Division. In this role, you will oversee and implement social media strategies, manage social media accounts, and develop engaging content to grow the brand's online presence. Responsibilities include creating and curating content, optimizing social media performance, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure brand alignment. You will also analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with audiences and internal teams
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track and assess social media performance
• Knowledge of trends and tools in the social media and digital marketing space
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience managing social media platforms for brands or organizations
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work on-site in Pune Division
