This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Social Media Strategist. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing social media platforms (SMO), and managing online interactions to enhance brand visibility. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, staying updated on social media trends, and collaborating with teams on public relations initiatives to drive brand growth and engagement.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in Content Strategy for social media platforms
• Familiarity and understanding of Public Relations strategies
• Knowledge of analytics tools to measure and improve social media performance
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role or agency is advantageous
