Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Panchkula. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing various social media platforms, creating engaging content, optimizing posts for maximum engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. They will also interact with the online community and collaborate with the team to align digital efforts with the company's branding goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging and clear messages
• Experience in developing and managing Content Strategy for social media platforms
• Familiarity with analyzing social media analytics and using tools to measure performance
• Creative thinking and ability to adapt to evolving digital trends
• Proficiency in design software and tools for creating visual content is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
