Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager with 2-3 years of experience. The Social Media Manager will oversee the creation and execution of social media strategies, manage platform presence, optimize content for maximum engagement, and monitor performance analytics. Responsibilities include curating and creating content, developing content strategies tailored to various platforms, and driving meaningful audience interaction. Collaboration with internal teams and consistent communication will be key in ensuring alignment with brand goals and vision.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to effectively manage and grow platforms
• Strong Communication skills for crafting compelling messaging and engaging with audiences
• Ability to develop and execute successful Content Strategies tailored to diverse online audiences
• Proficiency in Writing, with a focus on creating high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content
• Data analysis and performance monitoring experience to optimize campaigns and improve engagement
• Familiarity with content management tools and social media analytics platforms
• Creative thinking and adaptability to stay updated with emerging trends and platform updates
• A degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
