Description

We are looking for a creative, data-driven and growth-focused Social Media Manager to build, manage and scale Medipedia's presence across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Reels. This role focuses on brand building, audience growth and lead generation using both human creativity and AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

Content & Growth

Plan and execute daily content for YouTube, Instagram and Facebook (Videos, Reels & Posters)
Create content calendars, campaigns and posting schedules
Write captions, hooks, titles and CTAs
Post videos in Telegram and WhatsApp communities
Maintain playlists of published videos
Work closely with video editors and designers
Generate Leads for the company
Monitor competitor pages and trending medical education content
Ensure brand tone and compliance in all public communication
Manage crisis communication and negative comments professionally
Use tools for trend prediction and viral topic discovery
Use AI to A/B test captions, thumbnails and hooks
Generate content ideas, scripts and calendars

Performance & Analytics

Track reach, CTR, engagement, watch time and leads
Use YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite and analytics tools
Improve content using data and AI insights

AI-Powered Content

Use AI tools for captions, scripts, hashtags, ideas and thumbnails
Use AI for content optimisation, trend analysis and performance improvement
Automate DM replies, FAQs and reporting using AI tools

Lead Generation & Community

Convert followers into student inquiries and leads
Handle DMs, comments and community engagement

Ads & Promotions (Bonus)

Run and optimise Facebook, Instagram and YouTube ads

Skills & Qualifications

Experience managing YouTube, Instagram and Facebook
Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and growth strategies
Strong English writing skills
Experience using AI tools for content creation, captions, hashtags, scripts and analytics
Ability to analyse CTR, engagement and conversions
Comfortable with Canva, Photoshop and basic video tools
Understanding of lead funnels and digital marketing
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
Ability to work in fast-paced admission seasons
Experience working with CRM and lead management systems
