Job Description

Mandatory Skills: (Must Have Skills)

  • Ability to work on the social media data and provide the insights and recommendations; Hands-on experience with MS Excel and MS PPT;

Optional Skills: (Good to Have Skills)

  • Stakeholder management, Market research, Competitive Intelligence

Roles & Responsibilities

  • The role is primarily to collaborate with the digital intelligence team and support them in their projects by analyzing the social media conversations, building and delivering PPT reports based on the guidance from the senior team members.
  • Stay up to date with the best practices in the digital intelligence space
  • Cross-collaborate with other teams in NN to deliver the pilot project outcomes/ explore new ways of delivering the insights
