Social Media Internship

Role Description The Social Media Internship is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. Interns will assist in planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. They will support daily community management tasks, including monitoring comments, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics. The role involves coordinating with the marketing and design teams to develop posts, stories, and short-form videos that reflect current trends. Interns will also participate in basic digital marketing activities, such as scheduling content, compiling reports, and suggesting ideas to improve reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including developing posts, captions, and basic visual concepts.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) and an understanding of current social media trends.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of design or video tools (such as Canva or similar platforms) and interest in analytics or performance tracking will be considered an advantage.
