Social Media Intern (Video & Content)

HealAssist helps patients across Delhi NCR navigate eye surgery - finding the right hospital, the right price, and getting the procedure done.

We are building our social presence from zero. This intern owns it end to end: scripting, shooting, editing, publishing. You report directly to the founder. No agency, no team above you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Shoot patient testimonial videos at our partner hospitals across NCR - roughly 2 field days a week

Edit and publish 4 reels a week with strong hooks, subtitles and tight pacing

Write scripts and hooks in Hindi and English for an NCR audience

Write and publish 3 LinkedIn posts a week, and manage comments and DMs

Review the numbers weekly and change next week's plan based on what worked

QUALIFICATIONS

You own a phone with a good camera (iPhone 12 or above / Pixel / Galaxy S22 or above) and a laptop that runs CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro

You can share 3 videos you personally shot AND edited. Applications without this are not reviewed.

You are comfortable talking to elderly patients and putting them at ease on camera

You are available full-time, in office in Gurugram, 5 days a week

DETAILS

Stipend: Rs. 22,000 per month (Rs. 20,000 fixed plus Rs. 2,000 performance incentive). Field travel reimbursed separately.

Duration: 6 months, with a pre-placement offer of Rs. 4.5 to 6.0 LPA for the right person.

Location: Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39, Gurugram. On-site.

HIRING PROCESS

Step one: portfolio screen - the 3 videos you shot and edited.

Step two: paid practical (Rs. 1,000) - one day shooting a real patient testimonial with the founder.

Step three: final conversation with the founder.
