If you spend hours studying viral content, understand YouTube trends, and get excited by analytics, thumbnails, retention graphs, and AI tools, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize YouTube channels
- Research viral topics and content opportunities
- Create SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and tags
- Schedule and publish videos
- Generate Shorts from long-form content
- Monitor analytics and identify growth opportunities
- Work with AI tools for content creation and automation
- Create thumbnail concepts and content briefs
- Track competitors and emerging trends
- Build systems to scale content production
Requirements
- Strong understanding of YouTube and social media
- Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools
- Basic understanding of YouTube SEO
- Strong research skills
- Good written English and Hindi
- Organized and execution-focused
- Self-starter who takes ownership
Bonus Points If You
- Run your own YouTube channel
- Have experience with YouTube Automation
- Know Canva, Photoshop, or thumbnail design
- Understand retention, CTR, watch time, and audience analytics
