Social media intern

Role Description The Social Media Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and scheduling posts, assisting with basic graphic or video content, monitoring comments and messages, and compiling performance reports. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to align social media activities with ongoing campaigns and brand guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, with opportunities to learn and contribute to live client projects under mentorship.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media.
• Ability to create engaging Social Media Content and support broader Marketing initiatives.
• Clear, professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, etc.) and trends.
• Comfort with using content scheduling tools or willingness to learn relevant software.
• Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
