Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and growth-oriented Social Media Intern who can help us build and scale our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram.

⚠️ This role is focused on growing our social media presence through high-quality content, not just posting. We're looking for someone who can think, experiment, and improve consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow LinkedIn and Instagram pages through consistent content

• Create and draft engaging posts and reels (educational, awareness, brand-focused)

• Work on content ideas, hooks, and storytelling formats

• Handle posting and basic creatives (Canva or similar tools)

• Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, etc.)

• Experiment with different content formats and trends

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong interest in social media, content, or marketing

• Ability to think in terms of content (not just write)

• Good understanding of LinkedIn-style writing (hooks, formatting, storytelling)

• Curious mindset with focus on growth and improvement

• Comfortable with researching trends and competitors

• Final year Bachelor's or first-year Master's students

What We're Looking For

• Ability to turn services into simple, engaging content

• Understanding of what makes people stop scrolling

• Someone who thinks: How do we improve reach

• Ownership mindset — can execute, iterate, and improve

• (Bonus but not mandatory) Experience with Canva, scheduling tools, or managing a page
