About the Role:

Prodigi Marketing is hiring a Social Media Intern (with PPO) to join our team and support the execution and management of social media content across multiple brands. This role focuses on content planning, scheduling, coordination, research, and day-to-day social media operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build strong fundamentals in social media management while working in a fast-paced agency environment with real client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and publishing content across social media platforms.
• Creating captions and coordinating with clients for post requirements.
• Creating content calendars & managing timelines and client follow-ups.
• Coordinating with the video editor for smooth content execution.
• Maintaining sheets, trackers, and client deliverables.
• Supporting with content research and trend tracking.
• Monitoring basic post insights and performance metrics.
• Ensuring timely execution of planned content across platforms.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of Instagram and social media platforms.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic video editing & familiarity with Canva.
• Understanding of reels, trends, and short-form content formats.
• An eye for good aesthetics and social media content.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Portfolio or previous internship/freelance experience is a bonus.
