Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 (based on experience and fit)

About the Role

People Matters, Asia's largest HR media and community platform, is looking for a Social Media Intern to support the marketing team through the final promotional stretch of TechHR India 2026 (6–7 August, Yashobhoomi, New Delhi). This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who loves writing, is comfortable juggling multiple small tasks at once, and wants real exposure to how a large-scale industry conference is marketed on social media.

Key Responsibilities

• - Support day-to-day social media execution for TechHR India promotions across platforms.
• - Coordinate posts, captions, and content inputs in line with campaign messaging.
• - Track published posts and maintain simple performance updates for the team.
• - Coordinate with the photo and video teams to source required creative assets.
• - Support basic coordination with the operations team on event-related content needs.
• - Help the marketing team manage daily social media follow-ups through the campaign period.
• Who We're Looking For
• - Strong writing skills are essential. You should be able to write clean, crisp, error-free captions and copy with minimal editing needed.

• - Preference for candidates pursuing or holding a degree in English Honours (or a similarly writing-intensive discipline).
• - Comfortable working with spreadsheets/trackers for basic reporting.
• - Organized, responsive, and able to coordinate across multiple teams (design, video, operations) without much hand-holding.
• - Genuine interest in marketing, media, or HR/tech industry content is a plus.
• - Prior social media handling (personal or professional) is a bonus, not mandatory.
