What you'll do:

• Take ownership of content from ideation to execution and publishing.
• Plan, shoot, edit and publish Instagram Reels, posts and other social content.
• Be comfortable on camera — presenting, doing voiceovers, or hosting quick-hit videos.
• Come up with funny, relatable and engaging content around office life, business, real estate and the broker experience.
• Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, memes and social media trends, and find creative ways to adapt them for OfficeDeals.
• Help build and execute our content strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Work closely with the team to turn ideas, real estate insights and company updates into engaging content.
• Maintain a consistent content pipeline and ensure content is delivered on time.
• Take accountability for the quality, consistency and execution of the content you create.
• Track what's working and use content performance to improve future ideas.

What we're looking for:

• Genuine interest in social media, content creation or video production.
• Comfortable being in front of the camera and confident shooting/editing using a phone.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, formats and internet culture.
• Someone who can take an idea and execute it independently from start to finish.
• Creative thinker who can consistently pitch fresh content ideas.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Interest in real estate, business or entrepreneurship is a bonus — we'll teach you the industry side.
