Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain internal digital platforms such as Google Workspace, Trello, Hostinger, Brevo, and other operational tools
  • Handle automation workflows using Make | AI Workflow Automation Software & Tools , Zapier, and webhooks
  • Manage databases, internal records, and digital documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, video editors, graphic designers) to track deliverables
  • Follow up on content creation, collect creatives, and manage approval workflows
  • Manage social media operations including post scheduling, captions, and coordination
  • Work on Meta Business Suite, including Facebook page management and Meta Ads
  • Assist with email and SMS marketing campaigns
  • Troubleshoot digital platforms and research new tools to improve team efficiency
