About the RoleWe are looking for proactive and driven Customer Success Interns with a strong sales background to join our Retention team. This internship is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity designed to transition into a permanent role based on performance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer relationships, strengthening retention, and enhancing overall brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Outreach- Conduct outbound calls to customers regarding review removal and new feedback submissions.
2. Review & Reputation Management- Collect and manage positive reviews across relevant platforms.
Maintain and enhance ratings across platforms (target: 4★ and above).
3. Issue Resolution- Engage with clients to understand concerns and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
4. Sales-Driven Engagement- Apply strong sales communication skills to influence customer sentiment.
- Build trust and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
Requirements- Mandatory: Prior sales experience (inside sales, tele-sales, or similar roles).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage escalations in a professional manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work from the Gurgaon office throughout the internship.
- Open to relocating to Gurgaon post-internship upon PPO conversion.
